Property owners hire Aikencrest to take care of their properties. Whether it is simply maintenance issues around your home, like checking heating fuel levels, or grounds maintenance issues, like mowing the lawn for a vacationing owner, or complete property management services. Put simply, at Aikencrest Property Management we care for properties. Our full management contract allows us to be your general agents allowing Aikencrest to contract general services and act on your behalf, hiring service individuals and companies to do some small or specialized maintenance procedures that we do not do ourselves. We will also hire and schedule construction work with the advice and consent of property owners. My partner, Chuck and I provide a wide array of services, including tenant and rental administration. We specialize in the management of single-family houses for homeowners who leave the area, and for out of state homeowners who need our services. If you have a property you'd like to rent, we advertise, send applications, screen tenants, and collect the rents for our clients. We also see that the premises are clean and kept in good repair.

Tenants matter at Aikencrest

At Aikencrest Property Management it is important to us that our tenants are happy, warm, and feel safe in their homes. We have their comfort at heart in everything we do. We do allow pets under certain circumstances. At the Colonial Senior Apartments, pet cats and birds are by negotiation. The Colonial Apartments does not allow dogs, except for registered service dogs. Fish tanks are also prohibited. If you are a non-resident property owner in need of management, please consider us.
